- You organize, monitor, and carry out audit mandates for a diverse clientele, in a spirit of partnership and with a high level of demand
- You ensure the operational management of missions with a solution-oriented and quality-focused approach
- You supervise, motivate, and empower audit teams by providing them with the means to progress and aim for excellence
- You play an active role in developing our clientele by adopting an entrepreneurial and proactive posture
- You contribute to evolving our service offerings and strengthening our presence in the market

At the same time, you are part of teams active on particularly demanding mandates, notably from publicly traded companies, where you play a central role in the daily management of the work. You are the operational reference point, capable of coordinating stakeholders and maintaining a high level of demand in complex and sustained contexts, especially during key periods.
YOUR PROFILE
- Holder of the Swiss CPA diploma and accredited as an expert auditor
- Experience of at least 6 to 7 years in audit in Switzerland, including at least one year as a manager with direct team management
- Successful experience within a Big Four in Switzerland, or in a leading international firm
- Proven ability to sign off accounts and make technical decisions with autonomy and confidence
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; German is an asset
- Excellent skills in audit documentation and handling complex accounting issues
- Natural leadership and willingness to share knowledge: you know how to coach, empower, and advance the members of your team
- Proactive, autonomous, and rigorous personality, with a sharp analytical mind and a methodical approach
