Your tasks
- Direct customer support for our commercial customers who procure their electricity on the free market
- Creation and calculation of offers for electricity and guarantees of origin for industrial and business customers as well as energy supply companies
- Processing of tenders and auctions on online platforms including bid submission
- Recording and administration of contracts after contract conclusion or after the final energy price is determined
- Recording customer-relevant information in the CRM
- Support in the preparation and implementation of sales promotions and campaigns as well as in the creation and further development of sales documents and presentations
- Ensuring reliable operation and testing of IT systems and applications such as EDM, CRM, customer portal, and online pricing tool.
- Ensuring special billing and creation of reports and statistics
Your profile
- Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship, economic or technical further education such as Technical Salesperson or Technician HF is an advantage
- Experience in electricity/commodity sales business
- IT-affine personality who enjoys using and further developing our IT tools CRM, EDM including calculation tool, AfO, SAC, and MS Office
- Structured and proactive personality with strong analytical skills
- Strong sales and service orientation
