Today, we are looking for a true professional in condominium management, capable of managing a portfolio with autonomy, rigour and commitment.

Your role: to be the genuine point of contact for your co-owners

You will notably ensure:

• Autonomous management of a condominium portfolio on administrative, technical and financial levels.
• Preparation, conduct and follow-up of ordinary and extraordinary general meetings.
• Monitoring budgets, accounts and decisions of the meetings, in collaboration with accounting.
• Organisation and follow-up of maintenance, renovation works and technical interventions.
• Management of relationships with co-owners, committees, companies and partners.
• Application of condominium regulations and management of sometimes delicate situations between co-owners.

We expect from you a genuine capacity for anticipation, decision-making and follow-up.

The profile we are truly looking for

Essential skills:

• Significant professional experience in condominium management in French-speaking Switzerland.
• Concrete and autonomous experience in managing a condominium portfolio.
• Mastery of preparation and conduct of general meetings.
• Good knowledge of the legal, administrative and financial functioning of condominiums.
• Good understanding of the technical aspects of buildings.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.

A recognised real estate qualification or a federal certificate is an asset.

But beyond your skills, we attach particular importance to your personality.

You are organised, reliable, diplomatic and able to defend a position with tact and firmness. You appreciate human relationships and consider quality of service a true professional responsibility.
