Your Tasks

Leadership & development of the 9-member engineering team (software engineers, implementers, technical project managers) including resource planning, prioritization, and coaching
Technical responsibility for the successful implementation of customer projects – from analysis and architecture through implementation and integration to go-live and support
Further development and quality assurance of technical platforms & solutions including interfaces, integrations, architecture, and scalability
Establishment, optimization, and control of efficient development and engineering processes including standards, release management, CI/CD, and agile methods
Technical sparring partner for customers, internal stakeholders, and partners as well as driver for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement
Together with product management, further development of the product portfolio and evaluation of solution partners

Your Profile

Completed studies or training in business informatics, computer science, software development, or business administration
Several years of experience as a software developer or implementer, high technical understanding of various ECM/DMS solutions as well as print management systems and work tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Github, Visual Studio)
High customer orientation and understanding of business requirements
Very analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a view of the big picture
Several years of leadership experience, especially in leading software engineers
Solid understanding of agile development processes (CI/CD, version and release management), project management (Scrum certification is an advantage), requirements management
Fluent in German, fluent in English (C1), and preferably French (at least B2)
