- Leadership experience
- Experience in vocational, study, and career counseling, ideally in the cantonal environment
- Strong quality and service orientation (willingness for evening assignments)
- Ideally professional experience from business or industry with a strong affinity for education and labor market topics
- High social competence, empathy, initiative, resilience, motivation skills, and joy in leadership topics
