Cost / Management Accountant Operations (80-100%)

In this new role, you create transparency about costs, data, and connections, thereby making a central contribution to the efficiency and further development of our production and supply chain world.

Your mission

• You actively participate in monthly and annual closings and continuously develop reports for operations
• You are responsible for the correct and timely product and manufacturing cost calculation according to internal standards
• You ensure that calculation-relevant master data in SAP CO/FI and MM are properly maintained
• You evaluate inventories and work in progress and ensure financial transparency in the operations area
• You analyze manufacturing costs and operational KPIs such as material consumption, deviations, scrap, utilization, and setup times
• Together with production and specialist departments, you derive insights and measures for cost optimization
• You support operations budget planning from determining material and manufacturing costs to overhead calculation and support Opex planning
• You are responsible for maintaining the SAP CO structures for the Ricola Group and are the owner of master data reviews
• You are an active member of the PowerBI team

You feel at home with numbers as well as in operational contexts and enjoy making financial complexity understandable and usable. For this, you bring the following:

• Completed commercial training
• 3–5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Solid experience in cost or management accounting, ideally in production or industrial environments
• Very good knowledge of SAP CO/FI and MM is a must
• Very good Excel skills, Power BI experience is an advantage
• Analytical thinking combined with a good understanding of operational processes
• Enjoy working with production, operations, and finance
• Structured, reliable working style and high quality standards for data
• German and English spoken and written
