Nursing-Pedagogical Group Leadership 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Joint personnel management of a care team with 22 nursing professionals and social pedagogues
- On the ward: Nursing-pedagogical care of the children
- Collaboration with the children's network
- Participation in management committees
- Administrative-organizational tasks
- Duty scheduling
- Participation in the planning and implementation of content-related and strategic goals
- Leadership and participation in projects and working groups
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with various departments
Your Profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy (HF/FH) or as a certified nursing professional (ideally in psychiatry)
- Ideally leadership experience
- Experience in child/adolescent and/or adult psychiatry as well as experience working with children
- Open-minded, resilient, and humorous personality with joy in engaging with people
- High social and self-reflection competence
