Nursing-Pedagogical Group Leadership 80-100% (m/f/d)

• Joint personnel management of a care team with 22 nursing professionals and social pedagogues
• On the ward: Nursing-pedagogical care of the children
• Collaboration with the children's network
• Participation in management committees
• Administrative-organizational tasks
• Duty scheduling
• Participation in the planning and implementation of content-related and strategic goals
• Leadership and participation in projects and working groups
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with various departments

• Completed training in social pedagogy (HF/FH) or as a certified nursing professional (ideally in psychiatry)
• Ideally leadership experience
• Experience in child/adolescent and/or adult psychiatry as well as experience working with children
• Open-minded, resilient, and humorous personality with joy in engaging with people
• High social and self-reflection competence
