Starting summer 2025, we offer an apprenticeship at the Falkenhof Senior Center as:

Specialist in Facility Maintenance EFZ

Your main tasks

• Support the technical service to ensure all facilities in and around the building function properly
• You monitor the building technology and can intervene in case of malfunctions
• You are responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and cleaning of various building components
• Together with the technical service, you can independently carry out minor repairs on machines or equipment
• Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal in winter or care of the green areas around the buildings
• Independent and professional disposal and separation of waste
• Support housekeeping with cleaning

• Completed primary school
