• Contact point for large customers and end distributors for network connection and network usage questions
• Ensuring smooth communication to end distributors and large customers
• Conclusion of network connection contracts as well as performance management
• Management of concession relationships
• Process handling of connection requests
• Co-development and optimization in the network product portfolio
• Collaboration in projects with customer interfaces and design of processes
• Creation of data evaluations and their analyses for municipalities, authorities, and customers

• Successfully completed business administration or energy/electrical engineering studies (FH / HF) or equivalent training/education
• Analytical and communicative personality with customer-oriented thinking and acting; you also bring process knowledge and high IT affinity
• Initial experience in the energy industry with knowledge of components in electrical distribution networks and asset management is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form are a must
