What you can achieve
- You lead and coordinate specialist planners in FM or customer projects
- As a project manager, you independently carry out RRE conversion projects
- You create installation notifications and connection applications.
- You process and check safety certificates
- You carry out final inspections according to the legally applicable requirements and accompany periodic inspections
- You maintain data in the system and archive documents (asset directory)
- You participate in own projects, especially in electrical installations, in the field of high and low voltage according to the rules of technology
- During the ESTI inspection, you support the team lead Facility Management Technics
Further tasks include:
- Good MS Office, CAFM, and SAP skills
- Carrying out demanding revision, repair, maintenance, and service work on technically complex systems, facilities, and equipment in the field of high and low voltage according to the rules of technology
- You are used to processing processes in writing
- Supports and performs switching operations in the LV and HV network of RRE
- Supports the follow-up and archiving of technical documentation of electrical installations
- On-call duty 24/7
- Accompanying external craftsmen
- Supports the training of the apprentice specialist in operational maintenance
What you bring with you
- Basic training as an electrical installer EFZ
- Further training as an electrical safety advisor, electrical project manager safety, or federally certified electrical installer
- Experience as a project manager
- Practical experience in electrical installation
- Communicative, service- and goal-oriented personality
- Independence, commitment, and sense of responsibility
- Driver's license category B
