For our locations around Embrach (Winkel, Bassersdorf, Nürensdorf) we are looking for a versatile all-rounder in technical service with a focus on company painting, who with heart and commitment ensures that our properties are functional and well maintained.
In addition to painting work, technical maintenance work, technical on-call and winter service as well as support at events are part of the varied daily work.

• Independent execution of painting and maintenance work on buildings and premises
• Repairs, maintenance, servicing, upkeep and restoration of technical equipment and furniture
• Maintenance and upkeep work on all building technical systems
• Carrying out service and repair orders
• On-call service in all relevant areas of a care facility and its ancillary operations
• On-call and winter service
• Support in the preparation and partial accompaniment of events

• Completed apprenticeship as a painter EFZ or completed manual/technical vocational training with EFZ, building technology technician, janitor with federal certificate of competence or comparable training
• Professional experience in technical maintenance or facility management
• Flexible, open-minded and physically resilient
• Precise, independent working style
• Good manners and high service orientation
• Good PC user skills and flawless German language skills in spoken and written form
• Driving license category B

The KZU with its two in-house day care centers operates two nursing centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three nursing apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
