Your Tasks
- Planning, coordination, and monitoring of appointments in the areas of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, as well as outpatient cardiac rehabilitation and all group planning
- Ensuring efficient and reliable appointment organization for our patients
- Telephone, written, and personal support of our patients in the outpatient setting
- Support of the therapeutic departments in administrative and organizational matters
- Obtaining and processing cost approvals
- Ensuring a smooth process in administrative therapy planning
As part of holiday cover and to ensure coverage in case of illness, a temporary increase in workload up to 100% is expected. There are no weekend duties.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Professional experience in a comparable function, preferably in healthcare, medical secretary advantageous
- Structured, precise, and independent way of working
- High resilience as well as pronounced organizational skills
- Willingness to take on holiday cover and short-term coverage in case of illness (mandatory)
- Team-oriented personality with clear and target-group appropriate communication
- Very good IT user skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote) as well as a strong willingness and interest to expand these
- Confident German in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
