Your tasks

• Management, organization, and implementation of occupational therapy individual and group therapies
• Preparation, execution, follow-up, and appropriate documentation of occupational therapy individual and group therapies
• Active participation in multiprofessional team meetings
• Interest in participating in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new concepts
• Willingness to participate in training and further education

Your profile

• A completed training as an occupational therapist (m/f/d)
• Ideally, expertise and experience in working with mentally ill people
• Commitment to working with mentally ill people, enjoyment of interdisciplinary work in a multiprofessional team, and co-development of your own department
• Professionally appropriate training and further education such as metacognitive training, SKT, etc., or willingness to complete these
• Social and communication skills
• Initiative and motivation
• Confident handling of IT
• Sense of responsibility as well as team spirit
