The Kronbühl Foundation is a competence center for over 170 children, adolescents, and adults with severe physical and mental disabilities. We operate an integrative daycare center, a special school, a boarding school, as well as an adult area. The well-being of our students and residents is at the center of our work. To achieve this goal, we offer a diverse range of support and therapy services. Our approximately 350 employees provide people with disabilities a supportive living environment and a life design tailored to their individual needs.
Therapies accompany our students and residents through everyday life and support their independent actions. A team of therapists specifically applies various measures based on a holistic and development-oriented approach.
We are looking as a replacement from February 1, 2026, limited for 5 months, with the option of continued employment in a smaller workload, a
Occupational Therapist
(Workload 60 - 100%)
Tasks
- Independent planning and implementation of therapy sessions
- Holistic treatment and support of children and adults
- Clarification, procurement, and adjustment of orthopedic aids
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
- Cooperation with parents, legal representatives, and external agencies (specialist doctors,
outpatient therapy centers, cost carriers, etc.)
Profile
- Training as an occupational therapist with SRK recognition
- Ideally professional experience or an internship with people with severe multiple disabilities or with people on the autism spectrum
- Sense of responsibility, social competence, and empathy
- High commitment and resilience
