To strengthen our team in the restaurant, we are looking for a motivated and committed Sector Manager / Chef de Partie Patisserie (m/f/d) 80% at the Emmen location, starting 01.03.2026, permanent.
Your responsibilities
- You take over the organization of the sales area as well as the setting of seasonal priorities in your area.
- You are responsible for an attractive market atmosphere according to the concept.
- You ensure product manufacturing, freshness, and quality at all times with your team.
- You are present on the sales floor and take on a role model function for your team.
- You take over the personnel and professional leadership, training, and development of the team.
- You organize your team responsibly and thus ensure the smooth running of daily business.
- You are responsible for achieving the agreed budget and performance targets.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training as a baker/pastry chef or as a cook.
- You have extensive professional experience in an equivalent position.
- You have solid leadership experience and can organize a team independently and competently.
- You always strive for perfection and have an affinity for food products.
- You are an experienced and motivated personality with development potential and would like to take the next step in your career.
- With your competent and exemplary manner, you can motivate your team to deliver top performance in the long term.
- You have the ability to adapt to a high customer frequency and remain calm and composed in hectic situations.
- You speak fluent German and preferably have knowledge of another national language.
