• Coordination between kitchen and service for optimal implementation of the gastronomic concept
• Responsibility for quality assurance, orders, and compliance with hygiene regulations

• Experience in a leadership position
• Host personality with natural warmth and service orientation
• Leadership skills with an eye for team spirit and motivation
• Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and high resilience
• Very good language skills in German and English are an advantage
