Our Spitex ensures outpatient care and support for the residents of the municipality of Thayngen with 17 employees.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH 70-100% or by agreement as Deputy Head of Spitex Department starting 01.05.2026 or by agreement
Do you like to work independently and is the support and collaboration of your team important to you? Then we should definitely get to know each other.
Your area of responsibility includes:
Personnel deployment planning in the planning and time recording system Perigon
Interdisciplinary collaboration as well as cooperation with relatives, authorities and/or involved professionals
Leadership and management of nursing reports, nursing specialist discussions and interdisciplinary reports
Participation in the personnel and professional management of the Spitex nursing team
Taking over needs assessments
Participation in the further development of the operation and in quality assurance
You bring with you:
Completed training as a nurse HF/FH
Further training in leadership or willingness to complete one
Reliable working method, flexibility and resilience
Teamwork and communication skills
Professional experience in Spitex is an advantage
Service-oriented thinking and acting
Driver's license category B required
