The Kronbühl Foundation promotes, supports, and cares for children, adolescents, and adults with severe physical and mental disabilities. The adult women and men live in residential groups of six people each. They receive individual support and assistance to enable as independent a daily life as possible. This includes a diverse range of activities, work in the studio, and various therapy offerings.

Deputy Team Leader
(80% workload)
Tasks
- Co-responsibility for resource-oriented promotion, support, care, and activities for the residents
- Design of daily living and activity routines and leisure activities
- Participation in activities
- Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, and other professionals
- Tasks in administration and group household
- Implementation of quality management and participation in development
Profile
- Training as a care specialist, social pedagogue HF, or certified nursing specialist HF
- Experience in leadership desired
- Several years of experience working with people with disabilities
- Sense of responsibility, social competence, and empathy
- High commitment and resilience
