Your Responsibility
- Receiving damage reports with integrated claims settlement
- Independent settlement of property and personal injury claims in the fields of operational and professional liability as well as private and motor vehicle liability
- Assessment of liability and coverage issues
- Negotiations with policyholders, claimants, medical professionals, lawyers, authorities, and insurers
- Ensuring flawless, comprehensive customer service
Your Qualification
- Experience in handling claims, preferably in the liability area
- Negotiation skills and service orientation
- Good communication skills (especially in telephone contact with customers)
- Team player, eager to learn, and resilient personality
- Good German skills, any additional foreign language is an advantage
