For our central administration in Oberhasli ZH, we are looking for a
Purchasing Clerk (80–100%)
Flowers, orders, coordination - is that your world? Then become part of our team!
Together with our Head of Purchasing, you coordinate processes and ensure that the right products - flowers, plants, and hard goods - are at the right place at the right time. You maintain close contact with suppliers, manage orders, and keep a pragmatic, solution-oriented, and reliable overview even with delivery notes and complaints. Internally, you are also an important interface: you work closely with our locations, think along, and find solutions that are feasible in everyday life.
And: This position is not just an office job.
You are regularly also deployed in the warehouse (during the week as well as 1–2 Saturdays per month). Sustainability is more than just a buzzword for you: you handle resources consciously and bring in your own ideas on how we can become even better.

What you bring with you
- Basic training as a florist or in the green sector
- Commercial training (e.g., business school) or in training for it
- First experience in purchasing or a similar function is an advantage

- Flexibility and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic moments
