<ul><li>You lead projects and manage them regarding quality, deadlines, and costs while adhering to regulations and processes</li><li>You are a competent and reliable contact person for all project participants</li><li>You manage quality and risk management as well as reporting and inform the relevant stakeholders comprehensively, regularly, and situationally</li><li>You acquire new customers and maintain the existing customer base in consultation with the team management</li><li>You create offers and/or support other departments within Boess in the preparation</li><li>You represent the company externally with your projects</li></ul>

What you bring with you
<ul><li>You have several years of professional experience, proven expertise, and leadership experience</li><li>You are familiar with the project environment and the methods and practices applied in the project</li><li>You have in-depth knowledge in project management and business management knowledge to assess variants and profitability as well as to ensure the efficient and effective use of financial and personnel resources</li><li>You are decisive and assertive</li><li>You can represent the project internally and externally with your communication skills, manage stakeholders, and resolve conflicts</li><li>You have a good oral and written command of German</li></ul>
