Your area of responsibility:
For the management and further development of our digitalization department in the regulated environment, we are looking for a committed, competent, and responsible personality who develops innovative and solution-oriented concepts for our customers together with our team and implements them successfully. With our self-developed framework, we realize modular digitalization projects and design efficient, future-proof processes in the regulated environment. You build the bridge between technology (digitalization) and compliance (GxP). You are responsible for the conception, planning, and implementation of both internal and external projects.You would preferably digitalize or automate everything. You recognize the added value of digitalization in various processes, keep interfaces and connections in view, understand value creation, and do not underestimate the risks. You enjoy communicating with people, exchanging ideas, and presenting use cases. In addition, you have a good network in the digitalization world, in the pharmaceutical industry, and ideally in the healthcare sector.
- You are responsible for digitalization projects in the regulated environment
- You prepare offers and conduct negotiations
- You expand the customer base in close cooperation with the management team
- You represent Pharmatronic within the Glatt Group in all digital matters
- You conduct training for new as well as existing employees and external partners
- You advise potential customers in the field of digitalization, supported by our specialists in CSV
- You bring leadership experience and can apply various project management methods depending on project needs
- You are responsible for the further development of your area, including the promotion of your team
- You create digital concepts and scale them for implementation in projects, including automation
- You continuously expand your network, attend relevant events, and represent our expertise externally
- Together with your team, you develop workflows for our digitalization portfolio, evaluate market needs, and implement them in a value-adding way
- You conduct evaluations for the selection of applications and new technologies (e.g., ML or AI) to increase project efficiency and further expand our framework
Your applicant profile:
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Very good communication and moderation skills
- Independent and reliable working style
- Leadership experience
- Experience in project management
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
- Knowledge of MES, various databases, and archiving systems (e.g., SQL, OSI-PI) is an advantage
- Experience in pharmaceutical processes for drug manufacturing and their workflows
- Experience with regulations such as GxP, Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11, FDA/EU guidelines, GAMP5 2nd Edition, and Annex 15 is an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in digitalization or automation in the regulated environment (life science), with a focus on pharma
