- Organization of urological consultations as well as coordination of follow-up appointments
- Telephone and written contact with patients and other contact persons
- Support of the medical team in all administrative and organizational tasks
- Service recording and electronic data maintenance
- General secretarial tasks and drafting of medical reports
What you bring with you
- Completed training as MPA, medical secretary, or commercial training (EFZ) with professional experience in healthcare
- Good knowledge of medical terminology
- Confident German as well as good knowledge of English and French; additional languages are an advantage
- Very good IT skills
- Strong service orientation and solution-oriented working style
