Tasks:
- manage the Information and Coordination Service for placement requests in LISPI institutions. Act as a point of reference in the cantonal territory for users, family members, legal representatives, and the socio-health network that need information about the service offerings and possible territorial responses regarding placements in institutions and facilities for people with disabilities, promoting a better understanding of the realities present in the territory and the availability of places. Coordinate placement requests ensuring adequate access conditions, evaluate and formulate a placement or relocation proposal. Promote and inform about the activities of the Service. Monitor, know, and detect the situation regarding placement requests and the territorial reality.
- periodically assess and monitor sectoral needs as a basis for planning needs.
- manage operations concerning the placement of guests outside the Canton and Confederates in Ticino structures, in compliance with the inter-cantonal guidelines in this regard.
- analyze the services provided by recognized entities and provide the Office with opinions and evaluations on social and professional integration measures provided, ensuring an adequate choice.
- participate in commissions, working groups (cantonal and non-cantonal), projects, and initiatives in the field of social and professional integration, providing the Office with opinions and evaluations on consultation topics related to the sector.
- ensure, update, and/or develop appropriate proposals for managing information, documentation, and correspondence related to their activities and the Office's mandate.
- participate in promotional and design activities in the field of integration of people with disabilities.
- collaborate in the orientation activities of subsidized entities, other entities, and citizens regarding existing social and professional integration measures.
- propose annual objectives for their activities to be defined with the head of service and the responsible official.
- observe legislative principles, regulations, procedures, and existing sector agreements during the performance of their activities.
Requirements:
- bachelor's degree in social or pedagogical fields.
- proven professional experience in the disability sector.
- in-depth knowledge of the disability world and the cantonal socio-health network.
- ability to work independently, structured, and in a network, to take responsibility, collaborative spirit, availability and flexibility, predisposition to teamwork, management of small working groups, availability to work outside office hours.
- excellent organizational, relational, reflective, communication, and negotiation skills.
- good knowledge of official languages (spoken and written).
- good computer skills.
- driving license.
Special observations:
- start of service: as soon as possible.

Employment conditions:
- appointment or assignment: those provided for by the Law on the organization of State employees and teachers of March 15, 1995 (LORD) and the related Regulation. Any changes in law concerning salary and organization remain explicitly reserved.
- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs.
