be the competent contact person for private clients and advise them comprehensively in the areas of financing, investing, and retirement planning (there is the possibility to learn the consulting of the client segments self-employed individuals and SMEs in an internal junior program)
manage and expand your own client portfolio and further develop your network
professionally and need-based advise our products and services
refer clients to other segments within the framework of cross-/upselling
gradually develop towards advising private and business clients

You bring

a banking education and several years of experience, especially in the credit area
current expertise and a completed banking-specific further education
strong communication skills, goal-oriented and service-oriented
enjoy daily customer contact and recognize needs and expectations
a broad network of relationships
persuasiveness and assertiveness
