Job Description

We are looking for an Operating Room Technician (ORT) or Instrument Nurse to join the surgical team. The resource will support the surgeon during operations, taking care of the preparation, management, and control of instruments, devices, and materials, ensuring order, safety, and compliance with quality standards in the operating room.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

• Diploma as Operating Room Technician (ORT) obtained from a Socio-Health Professional Center, or nursing diploma (if obtained abroad, already recognized by the Red Cross).
• Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary contexts.
• Good organizational skills, with particular attention to orderly, precise, and punctual management of activities.
• Preferred qualification: previous experience in Orthopedics and/or Neurosurgery.
