Sales Manager MICE 50-80%, m/f/d
As a regional tourism organization, we are responsible for marketing the Upper Engadine. With targeted marketing measures, we address existing guests and new interest groups, thus making a significant contribution to the tourist value creation in the valley.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as Sales Manager MICE 50-80%, m/f/d, starting date by arrangement.
With sales talent and a sense for relationships, you win new customers, maintain partnerships, and build a strong network in the MICE industry. Together with hotels, venues, and service providers, you position the region as a leading alpine destination. At trade fairs and sales events, you represent Engadine, develop convincing offers, and accompany projects from inquiry to implementation – always with the goal of creating unique experiences that remain memorable.
What do you bring?
- Training in tourism or a commercial education with further training in tourism; additional training in MICE, sales, or marketing is an advantage
- Several years of experience in the MICE sector
- Experience in B2B sales and collaboration with agencies, corporate clients, and organizers
- Solid IT skills
- Extensive local and destination knowledge
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
- Good knowledge of the national and international MICE market
