Tasks
- Provide customer service, advice, and sales focused on satisfaction.
- Manage the green sector, including plants, nursery, and gardening supplies.
- Plan seasonal themes and handle cash register transactions.
Skills
- CFC in horticulture, landscaping, or floristry required; similar experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plants, gardening items, and phytosanitary products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive service mindset.

About the job
- Reception, advice and sales focused on customer satisfaction
- Management of the green sector including: outdoor and indoor plants, the nursery, phytosanitary products, garden items (sheds and furniture, pots, garden tools and machines, watering items, etc.)
- Order placement, maintenance, watering and presentation of merchandise
- Planning of seasonal themes
- Sales checkout.
- Federal diploma of horticulturist and/or landscaper or florist
- Successful experience in a similar position
- Strong interest in advice and sales
- Excellent knowledge of plants and gardening items as well as phytosanitary products
- Ease in human contacts and sense of service
- Dynamic, organized, versatile and willing person, forklift license is an asset
