Test Mechanic Test Center with Further Training Goal Technician HF 100% (a)

Your Tasks

• Conduct technologically demanding and economically efficient tests for the machining processes milling, drilling, thread cutting, and possibly other processes
• Perform cutting investigations on own and external tools
  Prepare and evaluate test results
• Analyze and document cutting tests using all available methods in collaboration with Research and Development (R&D)
• Create CNC programs and CAM programs in collaboration with R&D
• Manage infrastructure, including the material warehouse
• Participate in the supervision and training of apprentices in the 3rd and 4th year as well as interns in the test center
• Propose and design auxiliary tools and fixtures
• Carry out projects from product development

Your Profile

• Completed basic technical training EFZ as a polymechanic
• Willingness to complete part-time further training as a Technician HF after the familiarization phase
• Several years of professional experience in cutting manufacturing on CNC machines, especially in milling, is mandatory
• Solid knowledge in CAM programming with Mastercam
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
• Analytical thinking ability and capability to prepare and evaluate test results
• Precise and detail-oriented working style
