- Completed training in construction or related field, or extensive experience.
- Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills required.
- Good computer skills, SAP experience is a plus.

About the job
Your tasks
- Receiving and processing incoming service inquiries / orders
- Telephone customer support (private customers, architects, property management)
- Creating offers in coordination with project managers and service technicians
- Triggering various orders
- Order processing of service and installation work (maintenance, repair and warranty, installation, conversion and retrofitting)
- Consulting and contact person for property management, architects and private customers
- Consulting and active sales of our products (windows and doors) and additional products (insect and pollen protection, cat and pet doors, interior blinds and pleated blinds)
- Measuring on site at the customer, creating the offer, ordering materials, invoicing and project control
- Planning of service technicians using planning software
Your profile
- Completed basic training in the construction or construction-related industry (e.g. carpenter, joiner, metalworker) or several years of experience in a similar position and industry
- Further training as a planning clerk, technical salesman or similar as well as experience in the window industry is an advantage
- Outgoing personality with a strong service orientation
- Organizational talent with great initiative, high resilience and team player
- Good IT skills / SAP is an advantage
