Your tasks

• You care for people in a crisis situation and implement the nursing process based on the key person model
• You work milieu-therapeutically in an interprofessional framework
• You independently lead groups and co-moderate with doctors and psychologists in department-specific offerings (e.g., psychoeducation, health promotion, as well as ear acupuncture, progressive muscle relaxation)

Your profile

• You are a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH with several years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on psychiatry or experience in psychiatry
• You appreciate a dynamic and evolving work environment and enjoy shaping it
• You have a goal-oriented and proactive work style and a healthy self-confidence with self-reflection. In contact with our patients, you always present yourself as calm, patient, and composed
