Building Technician / Facility Maintenance Specialist

About the job

• Ensuring the technical availability of the hotel infrastructure as well as the HVACSE systems
• Carrying out inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting in the areas of building technology, sanitation, ventilation, air conditioning, minor electrical and repair work
• General maintenance and repair work in and around the building
• Organization and coordination of repair and service work with internal departments and external partners
• Responsibility for the proper and timely execution of maintenance measures
• Independent takeover and implementation of smaller technical projects
• Support in operational optimizations 

• Completed training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist EFZ, building technician, or in a skilled technical profession (e.g., electrician, sanitary installer, mechanic)
• Broad technical understanding and interest in HVACSE systems
• Enjoyment of diverse tasks and willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
• Service- and solution-oriented working style
• Independent, responsible, and team-oriented behavior
• Willingness for on-call and weekend duties
• Driver's license category B
