We are looking for a
Group Leader Gardener 80-100% (m/f/d) for our gardening group in Frick, starting immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Professional leadership in garden maintenance
- Co-responsibility for deployment planning, site inspections, offers, and the creation of specifications for annual contracts
- Responsibility for the machinery and vehicle fleet
- Care and expansion of customer relationships
- Support and promotion of employees in sheltered workplaces as well as IV learners
- Co-design and further development of the business towards horticulture
- Occasional support in professional leadership in the field of organic vegetable cultivation
Your profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a gardener EFZ, specializing in garden and landscape construction
- Basic training in pedagogy or willingness to learn it
- Enjoyment of working with people in need of support
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- You are a team player, enthusiastic, responsible, independent, flexible, and resilient
