Your Tasks
Our new assessment bed station in the Lindenhof Emergency Center has 11 treatment places. Patients who have come through the emergency and are expected to be hospitalized for 24-36 hours are treated and monitored.
- You are responsible for the needs-oriented care and support of patients who either require more extensive emergency assessments or are waiting for room allocation
- In doing so, you organize, design, and control the care process (including service recording, materials, and care) with support from the clinical information system KISIM
- You work closely with the interprofessional teams of the assessment bed station as well as the emergency department
- You work in shift and weekend services
Your Profile
- You are a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or Dipl. Nurse HF/FH with IMC course/certificate and bring experience in the acute care sector
- You can handle changing patient situations well and the well-being of patients is at the center of your work
- You are an independent, responsible, and resilient personality
- You treat people with respect and appreciation, have a team-oriented attitude, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
