Specialist Payment Transactions Corporate Clients (m/f/d)

We shape payment transactions for corporate clients and the correspondent banking business of the Raiffeisen Group. With a passion for payment transactions and a clear focus on solutions, we stand by our customers as a reliable partner.

To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a communicative and relationship-oriented personality as a Specialist Payment Transactions Corporate Clients (m/f/d) for the Northwest Switzerland region (BS/BL/SO/AG) as well as a Relationship Manager Correspondent Banking Payments with workplace in Basel.

• Support of Raiffeisen banks with questions about payment transaction products and services as well as active support in advising and acquiring corporate clients.
• Support and assistance of corporate clients in the use of payment transaction solutions.
• Building, maintaining, and intensifying business relationships with existing and new correspondent banks.
• Participation in tenders and strategic initiatives for the further development of payment transactions.
• Representation of our solutions directly on site with customers and partners.

• Profound understanding of the needs and working methods of medium and large corporate clients in business payment transactions.
• Broad and deep knowledge of common procedures and formats in payment transactions as well as interest in further developing in the correspondent banking business.
• Strong customer orientation, combined with pleasant manners, communication skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Organizational talent and enjoyment of travel activities within the framework of customer care and partner maintenance.
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (French is a plus).
