In 2017, the Data Network Services division of Axpo Power AG and its long-standing partner WZ-Systems AG merged to form today's Axpo Systems AG. As an independent subsidiary of the Axpo Group, it is the competence center for OT solutions within the group.
As a Fieldforce Specialist, you bring your expertise and commitment to successful implementation/realization at Axpo. In doing so, you take on responsibility and enjoy the freedom and flexibility to contribute and implement your own ideas and solutions.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and commissioning of mobile radio systems, as well as in-house radio coverage systems and IP data networks
- Measuring the systems and creating the corresponding protocols
- Integration of new systems into the existing mobile radio or data network
- Service and maintenance of the systems
- Troubleshooting, retrofitting, and repair of installed systems
- Documentation of the work performed
- Independent working
- Close cooperation with construction and project management
- Entrepreneurial and cost-conscious thinking
Profile and Skills:
- Completed vocational training in telecommunications / communications engineering / electrical engineering EFZ
- Professional experience in mobile and directional radio or in-house systems
- Experience with IP networks (Layer 2 and Layer 3)
- Very good German skills spoken/written
- Understanding of written instructions/documents in English
- Independent and reliable working style, good organizational skills
- Customer orientation
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight in Switzerland
- Driver's license category B
- Freedom from dizziness and suitability for masts
- Entrepreneurial thinking
