- Responsibility for the entire recruiting process – from needs assessment through job posting to successful completion – in close coordination with strategic resource and competence planning
- Close collaboration with HR Business Partners as well as line and specialist departments
- Further development of search strategies for active and passive candidates as well as building and maintaining a sustainable talent pool
- Optimization of the candidate journey and continuous process improvements
- Monitoring & reporting of relevant KPIs as well as market and target group analyses to derive strategic measures
What you bring with you
- Completed higher education or comparable further training, ideally with an HR specialist certificate or advanced HR training
- Several years of experience as a Senior Recruiter within a larger organization, preferably in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a high affinity for digital recruiting trends and innovations
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- High degree of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking
