What you can achieve
- By reviewing and comparing foreign training qualifications with the corresponding Swiss qualifications and issuing legally binding decisions, you make a significant contribution to quality assurance in healthcare
- You advise applicants by phone and email in German, English, French, or Italian
- Together with the legal department, you prepare statements in appeal procedures
- In cooperation with external partner organizations, you actively participate in the design of compensatory measures
What you bring with you
- You have completed Swiss tertiary-level training in a health profession (e.g., physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nutritional counseling, or nursing) and ideally have further training in adult education and/or project management
- You speak German or French as your first language and have very good oral and written skills in German, French, and/or Italian
- You have professional experience in the clinical field, vocational education, or education policy
- You convince with your communication skills, quick comprehension, and flair for written, conceptual work
- You are used to structured and precise work, and you are flexible and resilient
