Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Advice and support to operational divisions on all matters related to tenancy law, real estate, and construction law.
• Comprehensive legal support for leasing, construction projects, and real estate transactions.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts (including lease agreements, real estate sales contracts, construction and mandate contracts, project development contracts, etc.).
• Independent handling of legal cases in tenancy, construction, and real estate law.
• Conducting contract negotiations independently.
• Representation of Wincasa and Implenia before courts and government authorities.
• Management of external lawyers.
• Advisory functions in Compliance matters.

You bring:

• Complete university studies in Switzerland (lic. iur./Master of Law) with a Swiss bar admission.
• At least 8 years of professional experience as a lawyer or Legal Counsel, including at least 2 years in tenancy law, real estate law, and construction law.
• Ability to assert oneself and negotiate.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and precisely in a constantly changing environment, even under high pressure, and to handle complex issues with economic impact from a legal perspective.
• Native French speaker with very good knowledge of English; German is an asset.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
