Your tasks:

• You support the branch management in scheduling, personnel management, and ensuring smooth operations
• Inspire our customers. Advise with charm and warmth and motivate the team to strengthen our reputation as a friendly business.
• Showcase our products with skillful product presentation.
• We work with fresh products. Ordering, product returns, and the hygiene concept (HACCP) are challenges you gladly take on.
• Together with the branch management, you achieve our goals and implement new ideas.

What you bring:

• You love working with people and have a passion for hospitality.
• You are a team player, able to handle conflicts, and assertive.
• Training or professional experience in retail or gastronomy is a plus!
• Administrative tasks such as ordering and billing come easily to you.
• You have an eye for detail and a flair for attractive product presentation.
• Early shifts (from 5:00 a.m.) are no problem for you.
• Quality and hygiene? Of course, for you.
