The Office for Commercial Register and Notaries maintains a public register in the area of the commercial register and performs notarizations in commercial register matters, matrimonial property, and inheritance law as a notary. Furthermore, the notary office is active in the field of administrative inheritance law and is responsible for inheritance security measures as well as official inheritance divisions.
