What you can achieve
Administrative tasks
Recording and maintaining data in the ERP system
Creating delivery notes, shipping documents, and internal documents
Processing orders and feedback
Telephone and written correspondence with internal departments and suppliers
Supporting logistics management with evaluations and reporting
Logistics & Warehouse
Active participation in process optimization and continuous improvement (CIP)
Storage of goods according to specified processes
Picking, packing, and preparing shipments
Loading and unloading trucks
Conducting inventories
Ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse
What you bring with you
Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or several years of experience in logistics
Experience with administrative tasks is an advantage
Good PC skills (MS Office, ERP systems SAP / S4 HANA)
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
Physically resilient and a team player
Forklift license
