About the job
We are a Europe-wide operating transport/logistics company based in Zeiningen, Lausen, and Münchenstein, Switzerland. Kipfer-Logistics operates internationally with conventional and temperature-controlled logistical concepts and transports throughout Europe.
To complement our team, we are looking for a dispatcher / freight forwarding agent (m/f/d) at our Lausen location immediately or by arrangement.

Dispatcher for Truck Traffic Road Transport / Freight Forwarding Agent (m/f/d)

You bring with you:
- Completed apprenticeship as dispatcher, freight forwarding agent
- Experience in the logistics industry road transport
- Well-groomed appearance and good manners
- Negotiation skills and closing strength
- Good interaction with customers and drivers
- Language skills in German and English required
- French and Spanish advantageous
- Good IT skills, with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Your tasks:
- Dispatching our own vehicle fleet, refrigerated and pharmaceutical transports
- Dispatching container transports Switzerland and Europe
- Dispatching our subcontractors
- Billing of services and dunning
- Handling and preparation of customs formalities
- Handling all documents
- Creating freight documents
- Driver scheduling, booking ramp management
- Ferry bookings
