For our Production team, we are currently looking to fill a position of

Production Operator (Packaging Sector)

Mission

Within our Packaging department, you will be responsible for:

• Producing and controlling the manufactured products, in compliance with the instructions and procedures in force within the quality system.
• Complying with the requirements of the quality management system.
• Managing non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Ensuring control operations in production according to quality documents and descriptions of operating ranges.
• Respecting the implementation of good manufacturing practices according to internal procedures (safety, clothing, and behavioral rules).
• Ensuring that preventive maintenance of the equipment in the area is carried out according to the procedures in force.
• Respecting and applying the regulations related to the requirements of the medical field ISO13485 / 21CFR820 Subpart G.

Profile sought

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, in the medical field in a cleanroom.
• Knowledge of working in an ISO13485 / 21CFR820 Subpart G environment is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Good stress management.
• Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written. Basic knowledge of English would be an asset.
• Work in 3x8 shifts.
