About the job
Your Tasks
You are the first point of contact for our clients, authorities, courts, and
our partners (in person or by phone) and assist them competently.You support our legal team in drafting correspondence and
formatting contracts as well as legal documents.You manage appointments, deadlines, and our client files (mainly
electronically).You assist our trustee in human resources and are responsible for HR administration.
With your crew in the back office, you keep the entire team running smoothly.
What You Bring
Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and already have some professional experience, preferably in a law firm or at the court.
You are as familiar with the entire MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) as your own home. Above all, your formatting skills are "absolutely amazing".
You have a certain IT affinity and enjoy working in a solution-oriented manner.
You are ambitious, bring great commitment, and want to help shape the future of our modern law firm together with us.
You are a reliable and honest person, working proactively, precisely, and efficiently.
You speak and write in confident German and have good knowledge of French and English.
