• You have successfully completed commercial training 
• You have good geographical knowledge (Switzerland)
• You speak German and preferably have French skills

What a working day with us includes for you

• Assistance with route planning, disposition, customer notification, and coordination of our service technicians and service partners to ensure a high level of service for our customers
• Checking work reports and creating service partner invoices
• Ongoing monitoring of appointment and order situation
• Processing and handling of special orders
• Assistance with the planning and execution of service partner meetings
• Co-supervision of commercial apprentices in the disposition department
