Customer Service Spare Parts Specialist

Your Tasks
- Sales is your passion! - You advise our customers by phone and email on spare parts and accessories.
- You keep the machines running! - You handle orders and enquiries professionally and reliably.
- Online shop? Easy! - You support customers in using our PartStore.
- Creativity welcome! - You contribute to exciting projects such as special promotions or service optimisations.
Your Profile
- Completed technical or commercial training or retail specialist - experience as a spare parts salesperson.
- Technical and mechanical understanding is an advantage.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills - you convince with your appearance.
- Entrepreneurial thinking - you take initiative instead of waiting.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Languages: Very good German and French skills or at least good French skills with willingness to improve; English is a plus.
