Kessler is the leading Swiss company for holistic risk, insurance, and pension consulting. Founded in 1915, Kessler today employs 370 people at its headquarters in Zurich and at locations in Basel, Bern, Geneva, Lausanne, Lucerne, Neuchâtel, Sion, St. Gallen, and Vaduz.
For our market area in Central Switzerland, we are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and positively minded personality with drive.
What to expect
- Responsible for further business development in the corporate customer sector in the respective market area
- You develop relationships with our defined target customers and lead them into a long-term customer relationship with Kessler
- Arrange initial meetings and plan the next steps depending on the opportunity in the potential customer relationship
- Responsible for concluding a cooperation agreement as well as the professional onboarding of the customer
What you bring
- Active and communicative personality with sales skills, perseverance, and enjoyment of customer contact
- Commercial basic training with business management further education or in the insurance sector
- Good personal network in corporate business with CFO, Risk Manager, or Insurance Manager
- Several years of professional experience in the insurance sector, preferably in corporate business with medium and large companies
- Fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written)
