YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY IN THE STONE UNIVERSE

Leadership and coordination of the installation department as well as deployment planning of the installation teams
Ensuring efficient and high-quality order processing from kitchen and bathroom countertops to wall claddings and floor coverings in indoor and outdoor areas
Scheduling and resource management in close coordination with production, project management, and sales
Cost, time, and quality control of all executed work
Organization and optimization of installation processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Responsibility for complaint management and quality assurance on construction sites
Interface for our customers, internal departments, and external partners

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE STONE UNIVERSE

Completed vocational training in natural stone, carpentry, or tiling craft, ideally with further training in construction management, project management, or dispatch
Several years of experience in team leadership and coordination of installation work
Strong organizational and communication skills as well as a solution-oriented working style
Technical understanding and knowledge of common materials and installation methods in indoor and outdoor areas
Confident handling of digital tools and ERP systems
Resilience, initiative, and sense of responsibility
