ERP Teamleader - D365 (m/f)

Your tasks

• You ensure the stable and high-performance operation of our ERP system D365FO/CE and its surrounding systems
• You are responsible for the successful implementation of ERP projects – from requirements analysis to the successful go-live of the projects
• You support the setup, maintenance, and further development of Power BI dashboards and use data for meaningful analyses and reports for management and the respective departments
• You identify optimization potentials in processes and application architecture, drive digitalization forward, and integrate new technologies and tools
• You implement automations and AI-based solutions to increase efficiency
• You lead and develop a strong ERP team and work across locations with key users, process owners, Microsoft, and implementation partners
• You build and develop a strong network of key users throughout the Regent Group and ensure appropriate training and documentation

Your profile

• You have a degree in computer science or a comparable degree (university/FH/HF)
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in leading and supporting ERP D365FO/CE systems (architecture and application development)
• You have solid knowledge in X++, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, LCS, SQL Server as well as Rest-/OData integrations
• You have experience in managing and developing reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI – ideally knowledge in data modeling and DAX
• You are tech-savvy (Azure, Power Platform, DevOps) and at the same time understand business contexts (SCM, purchasing, finance)
• You have experience leading international or virtual teams and convince with clear communication and leadership
• You work analytically, solution-oriented, and gladly take on responsibility
• You are willing to occasionally travel to our location in Serbia
